About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. 19-20, 179) the following changes:

1. The second Article 15 to state part in the following edition:

"2. Persons specified in part five of article 16 of this Law can drive to Ukraine and leave Ukraine according to passport documents and accreditation cards".

2. In Article 16 part five:

"5. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine performs registration";

the foreign states directed by Foreign Ministries or the headquarters of the international organizations of students of higher educational institutions of foreign states which pass training and/or educational practice in diplomatic representations and consular establishments of foreign states, the international organizations and their representations, representative offices of the states under the international organizations having the headquarters in Ukraine".
