About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning strengthening of responsibility for violation of the legislation in the field of fire safety
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:
1. In Article 120:
in the paragraph the second part one of the word "from three to seven" shall be replaced with words "from hundred to two hundred", the words "from five to ten" - the words "from two hundred to three hundred";
in the paragraph the second part two of the word "from three to seven" shall be replaced with words "from hundred fifty to two hundred fifty", the words "from five to ten" - the words "from two hundred fifty to three hundred fifty".
2. To state paragraph two of Article 175 in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of penalty on citizens from hundred to two hundred free minima income of citizens and on officials and physical persons entrepreneurs - from two hundred to three hundred free minima income of citizens".
3. In the paragraph the second Article 175-2 of the word "from forty to hundred" shall be replaced with words "from hundred fifty to two hundred".
4. In Article 188-16:
to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of penalty on officials from hundred to two hundred free minima income of citizens";
the second to state part in the following edition:
"The same act made repeatedly within year after imposing of administrative punishment
involves imposing of penalty on officials from two hundred to three hundred free minima income of citizens".
5. In Article 223:
part one after the word "articles" to add with figures "77, 77-1";
in part two:
in Item 1 of the word "penalty on citizens to seventy free minima of the income of citizens and on officials-to hundred free minima of the income of citizens" to exclude;
