About introduction of amendments to article 47-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" concerning assistance on partial unemployment for quarantine and/or the emergency situation established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

I. Bring in article 47-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 24, Art. 243; 2020, No. 18, Art. 123, No. 19, Art. 126, No. 39, Art. 294; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 2, 2020 No. 1030-IX) the following changes:

to state the name, paragraphs of the first and second part one in the following edition:

"Article 47-1. The help with partial unemployment for quarantine and/or the emergency situation established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. The help with partial unemployment for quarantine and/or the emergency situation established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (further - the help with partial unemployment for quarantine and/or emergency situation), is provided by territorial authority of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of employment of the population and labor migration, to insured persons in case of loss by them of part of the salary or the income in result of forced reducing stipulated by the legislation duration of working hours in connection with stop (reducing) of activities through holding the actions provided by the quarantine and/or emergency situation established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purpose of prevention of spread of especially dangerous infectious diseases according to the appeal of the employer or physical person entrepreneur who is insured person for its payment to workers or physical person entrepreneur which is insured face.

The benefit amount on partial unemployment for quarantine and/or emergency situation is provided to employers, including physical persons - entrepreneurs who are insured persons from among subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship";
