"Article 20-1. Ratio of the ratified existing international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan

"2. In case of violation of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan by other their participants, and also in other cases provided by rules of international law:

1) international treaties it can be terminated or suspended according to the procedure, provided by articles 28 and 29 of this Law;

2) the answer-back measures (counter-measures) according to the procedure, provided by articles 29 and 30 of this Law, in the form of suspension by the Republic of Kazakhstan of accomplishment of international treaties or their separate provisions can be taken.";
