About modification of the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2019 No. 227 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019 No. 26, Art. 900; 2020, No. 61, Art. 1991), following changes:
the subitem 15 of Item 5 after the words "provides self-representation of GNS", "structural divisions of the device GNS" and "interests of GNS" to add with the words "and its territorial authorities";
in Item 11:
in the paragraph the second Item 30 of the word "and appendices to them (duplicates of appendices) on production, the right of wholesale trade by excise goods" shall be replaced with words "on production of excise goods";
to add subitem 31 paragraph two after the words "on retail" with the words "and wholesale".
