About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 16, 2017 No. 586
According to Articles 88 - 90, 92, the 93 and 100 Chapter 9 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:
1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 16, 2017 No. 586 "About approval of the Procedure for application of tax pledge by monitoring bodies", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2017 for No. 859/30727, "regulatory authorities" shall be replaced with words "tax authorities".
2. Bring in the Procedure for application of tax pledge by monitoring bodies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 16, 2017 No. 586, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2017 for No. 859/30727, the following changes:
The word of "sixty" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 11 of Section 1 to "hundred eighty";
The second Item 3 of the Section II of the word of "law enforcement agencies" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "law enforcement and other state bodies of the executive authority";
