Article 1

1.1. add with Article 69-1 of the following content:

"69-1. During exit in the main leave the benefit in the amount of one monthly official pay rate is paid to officials of tax authorities once a year.";

1.2. give Article 73 in the following edition:

"73. Since second year of service, for long service in tax authorities allowances in the size provided below are monthly paid to officials of tax authorities:

from 1 year to 5 years - in the amount of 5 percent of official pay rate;

from 5 to 10 years - in the amount of 10 percent of official pay rate;

from 10 to 15 years - in the amount of 20 percent of official pay rate;

over 15 years - in the amount of 30 percent of official pay rate.".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
