About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning accounting of labor activity of the worker electronically

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

1) in Article 24:

"service record", the second after words, to add part with words "(in case of availability) or data on labor activity from the register of insured persons of the State register of obligatory national social insurance";

after part two to add with new part of the following content:

"In case of execution of an employment agreement the citizen who is for the first time employed has the right to submit the requirement about execution of the service record".

With respect thereto speak rapidly third - to consider the sixth respectively parts four - the seventh;

2) in Article 47:

in the name of the word "and to issue it the service record" to exclude;

state part one in the following edition:

"The owner or the body authorized by him shall issue in day of dismissal to the worker the copy of the order (order) on dismissal, make with it calculation in the terms specified in article 116 of this Code and also upon the demand of the worker to make proper records about dismissal in the service record which is stored at the worker";

the second to exclude part;

Article 48 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 48. Accounting of labor activity of the worker

Accounting of labor activity of the worker is performed electronically in the register of insured persons of the State register of obligatory national social insurance according to the procedure determined by the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance".

Upon the demand of the worker who is for the first time employed the service record is drawn up by the employer without fail no later than five days after employment.
