1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision, the description and sample of diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 12, 2011 No. 384 the following change:

- To state the regulations on diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Public registration service under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.

Regulations on diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

1. In this Regulations on diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Provision) the following concepts are used:

1) the diplomatic passport of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the diplomatic passport) - the identity document of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of departure from the Kyrgyz Republic, temporary stay outside the Kyrgyz Republic and entry into the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) the service passport of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the service passport) - the identity document of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of departure from the Kyrgyz Republic, temporary stay outside the Kyrgyz Republic and entry into the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) consular service - structural division of authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of foreign affairs;

4) service centers of the population (further - TsON) - the territorial subdivisions of the state companies which are under authority of authorized body in the field of registration of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic, performing documents acceptance on execution of the national passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic and its issue, and also other services rendered by authorized body;

5) authorized body in the field of registration of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic - the state body of the executive authority performing functions on realization of state policy in the field of registration of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic and acts of civil status;

6) the sending organizations - the state bodies of judicial, legislative and executive branches of the power, the state higher educational institutions, the state companies and joint-stock companies sending the employees to official journey;

7) service of personnel management - structural division of the sending organization for personnel;

8) manufacturer - the state company which is under authority of authorized body, performing production (personification) (further - production) the national passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. This Provision determines procedure for registration, issue, replacement, accounting, storage, delivery, withdrawal and destruction of diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Diplomatic and service passports are documents of the state value and property of the Kyrgyz Republic, and their owners are under protection of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Diplomatic and service passports are intended for office trips and are issued for a period of 5 years.

5. In the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic diplomatic and service passports cannot serve as documents for making by their owners of civil, notarial transactions and banking activities.

6. Acceptance and transfer of the diplomatic passport and service passport as a deposit, and also their withdrawal, except cases, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic and this Provision is forbidden.

7. The procedure for entrance and stay in the territory of foreign state is regulated by the legislation of the corresponding foreign state, and also international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. Diplomatic and service passports of the Kyrgyz Republic do not allocate its owner with diplomatic immunity or privileges.

9. The diplomatic passport is issued:
