About approval of the Regulations on procedure for giving and consideration of claims of taxpayers by State Tax Administrations

In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine" and for the purpose of improvement of the organization of work of tax administrations on consideration of claims (appeals) of taxpayers to the decision of State Tax Administrations I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for giving and consideration of claims of taxpayers by State Tax Administrations.

2. To provide to the chief of Head department of appeals the specified Provision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. In ten-day time after state registration of the Regulations on procedure for giving and consideration of claims of taxpayers by State Tax Administrations to provide to the head of department with cases its replication and the direction to State Tax Administrations of all levels.

4. To chiefs of managements and departments of State Tax Administration of Ukraine, the acting as chairmen of State Tax Administrations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities and areas to organize studying of the specified Provision with employees of tax authorities, to bring it to permission of taxpayers and to provide strict observance of requirements of the current legislation by consideration of claims of taxpayers.
