Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015, No. 4, the Art. 327) the following change:
to add part 4 of Article 21 with Item 23 following of content:
"23) acquisitions of medicines and medical products through the organizations (representations) founded by the United Nations, which signed the contract (the agreement, the memorandum) with the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The procedure for the organization of such public procurements is established by the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
