About introduction of amendments to the Law on the General inspectorate of carabineers No. 219/2018
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the General inspectorate of carabineers No. 219/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 462-466, 770), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 37 to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) Item b Provisions) parts (1) article 21 of the Law on activities of police and the status of the police officer No. 320/2012, concerning the powers connected with recovery of public order to recognize voided since January 1, 2022.".
2. State Article 38 in the following edition:
"Article 38. Transitional provisions
Till December 31, 2021 step-by-step transfer of the General inspectorate of carabineers into military service on contractual basis according to the plan approved by the Government is made.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
