About introduction of amendments to the Law on theaters, circuses and concert organizations No. 1421/2002
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on theaters, circuses and the concert organizations No. 1421/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 174-176, 1331), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In Item h) Articles 19, Item d) Article 20 and Item e) Article 21 of the word "by results of tender or without that carrying out" shall be replaced with words "by results of tender".
2. In part (Article 22 of the word "by results of tender or without that carrying out" shall be replaced with words 3) "by results of tender".
3. In part (Article 23 of the word "by results of tender or without that carrying out" shall be replaced with words 2) "by results of tender".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
