About modification of the Order of the Government No. 453/2010 about procedure for establishment of starting price of sale of shares of public property, privatizeable

Based on Item b) Article 29 and part (3) article 34 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 453/2010 about procedure for establishment of starting price of sale of shares of public property, privatizeable (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 91-93, 528), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

And in Item 1 of the resolution after words of "shares of public property" to add 1) in the name with the words "and share of public property in the authorized capital";

2) in the Provision:

a) to add the name after words of "shares of public property" with the words "and share of public property in the authorized capital";

b) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Provision establishes procedure for determination of starting price of sale of shares of public property, privatizeable (further - shares) by means of the controlled market, commercial and investment tenders, and also shares of public property in the authorized capital, privatizeable by means of commercial and investment tenders and the auctions "from the hammer";

c) to add the name of Chapter II with the words "and share in the authorized capital";
