1. Enter for a period of two years the special duty to the Republic of Belarus imported on customs area meat and food offal of the poultry specified in goods item 0105 Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Belarus), the fresh, cooled or frozen, classified in goods item 0207 Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Belarus, in the amount of 45 percent from customs value, but 0, suffice 45 euros for 1 kilogram.
2. Action of the special duty entered according to Item 1 of this Decree does not extend to the meat and food offal of poultry (goods item 0207 Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Belarus) coming from the State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the free trade area of April 15, 1994 and the Protocol on modification and amendments in the Agreement on creation of the free trade area of the April 15, 1994 signed on April 2, 1999 from the State Parties of the Customs union, and also from the least developed countries (territories) to which tariff preferences of the Republic of Belarus are provided, and imported by civilians for own consumption.
