About modification of the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 352 of September 28, 2017

Based on Art. 132-3 of h (10) and Art. 167 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, on February 8, 2007, special release), with subsequent changes, and the Law No. 257 of 16.12.2020 on modification of some regulations I ORDER:

I. The instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 352 of September 28, 2017 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, No. 429-433 Art. 2234), to change as follows:

The concept "bank account" to state 1) in Item 3 in the following edition:

"The bank and/or payment account - the account opened in one of banks (its department) in the Republic of Moldova or abroad and/or in one of the payment societies authorized by National Bank of Moldova, being participants of the Automated interbank payment system, and also the account opened in treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance.";

To add 2) in the name of Chapter VI after the words "bank accounts" with the words "and/or payment accounts";

3) Item 26 is stated in the following edition: "In case of loss of the certificate on assignment of fiscal code or in other cases, because of request of the taxpayer, the State Tax Administration will issue other certificate, with other certificate number according to the procedure, within three working days from the date of filing of application of the taxpayer. In case of loss of the certificate on assignment of fiscal code confirmation of publication of the corresponding announcement in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova also will be attached to the statement.";
