About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

the form of tax delivery note approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 31, 2015 No. 1307, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 26, 2016 for No. 137/28267 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 17, 2018 No. 763), having been reworded as follows it which is applied;

the form of the tax declaration on the value added tax approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 28, 2016 No. 21, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 29, 2016 for No. 159/28289 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 23, 2017 No. 276), having been reworded as follows it which is applied;

the form of the specifying calculation of the tax liabilities for the value added tax in connection with correction of independently revealed mistakes approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 28, 2016 No. 21, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 29, 2016 for No. 159/28289 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 23, 2017 No. 276), having been reworded as follows it which is applied;
