About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and central office of Federal Agency for Railway Transport, and also budgetary appropriations provided by it on management and management in the field of the established functions.

5.5 (30).1. appointments or authorizations of test stations to performance of works on control of compliance to the regulations established by the specified Agreement for the isothermal vehicles, transport means glaciers, transport means refrigerators, the heated vehicles or transport means refrigerators and heated;

5.5 (30).2. appointments of experts for control of isothermal properties of the isothermal vehicles which are in operation and for check of efficiency of the thermal equipment of each transport means glacier which is in operation, transport means refrigerator, the heated vehicle or transport means refrigerator and heated in the cases established by the specified Agreement;

5.5 (30).3. issues of certificates on compliance to the regulations established by the specified Agreement for the isothermal vehicles, transport means glaciers, transport means refrigerators, the heated vehicles or transport means refrigerators and heated;".
