About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (1) article 13 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998 (repeated publication: 2004, 247), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 42-44, in the following edition:
"(1) Pensions are indexed every year on April 1 and on October 1. On April 1 the coefficient of indexation equals to the annual average growth of consumer price indexes for the last three years, and on October 1 - to the rate of inflation registered in the first half of the year of the current year. The coefficient of indexation is established by the Government.".
Art. II. - In the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2021 No. 255/2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 353-357, 284) to make the following changes:
1. In Article of 1 figure "25791984,4" to replace with figures of "26400519,1".
2. State appendices 1 and 2 in the following edition:
