The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Finance and National academy of medical sciences concerning implementation in 2021 of gradual implementation and realization of the new mechanism of financial provision of provision of tertiary (highly specialized) medical care in separate research establishments of National academy of medical sciences.

2. Determine that in 2021 implementation and the realization of the new mechanism of financial provision of provision of tertiary (highly specialized) medical care is enabled in such public institutions (further - public institutions):

National institute of surgery and transplantology of A. A. Shalimov of National academy of medical sciences (Kiev);

Institute of neurosurgery of name of the academician A.P.Romodanov of National academy of medical sciences (Kiev);

National institute of cardiovascular surgery of N. N. Amosov of National academy of medical sciences (Kiev);

National scientific center "Institute of Cardiology of Name of the Academician N.D.Strazhesko" of National academy of medical sciences" (Kiev);

Institute of otolaryngology of the prof. A. S. Kolomiychenko of National academy of medical sciences (Kiev);

Scientific and practical center of endovascular neurox-ray surgery of National academy of medical sciences (Kiev);

National institute of phthisiology and pulmonology of F.G.Yanovsky of National academy of medical sciences (Kiev);

Institute of traumatology and orthopedics of National academy of medical sciences (Kiev).

3. Determine that delivery of health care by public institutions in case of implementation and realization of the new mechanism of financial provision of provision of tertiary (highly specialized) medical care is performed at the expense of means:
