About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of protection of the woods, prevention of the fires on lands of forest and water fund, on peat bogs and on lands of other categories

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Water code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 24, the Art. 189):

Part the second Article 89 to add 1) with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) burning out of dry vegetation or its remaining balance with violation of the procedure established by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of environmental protection";

Part the second Article 90 to add 2) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) burning out of dry vegetation or its remaining balance with violation of the procedure established by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of environmental protection";

Part third of Article 110 to add 3) with Item 8-1 of the following content:
