Article 1. In Item 15 parts of 1 Article 2, item 4 of Article 3, speak rapidly 3 Articles 35, of part 8 of Article 48. 1, speak rapidly 3 Articles 64, of part 3 Articles 81, of part 5 of Article 83, of part 6 of Article 94, of part 4 of Article 118 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 (further - the Code) the words "land tax" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "real estate tax".
Article 2. In the Code:
35, parts 2 of Article 66 of the word "cadastral price" and "cadastral prices" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words 1) in parts 1 and 3 of Article "the cadastral cost" and "cadastral costs";
Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding the 2nd Article 35 of the word "at cadastral and (or) market prices" "on cadastral and (or) market values".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication and extends also to the legal relationship which arose after January 1, 2021.
