About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of the Convention of the Council of Europe on protection of children from sexual exploitation and sexual violence (the Lansarotsky convention)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

Article 49 to add 1) with part six of the following content:

"6. In case of making of the criminal offense provided by Articles 151-1 - 156-1, 301-1 - 303 of this Code, concerning the juvenile or the minor calculation of the terms determined by parts one and the second this Article begins from the date of when such injured person reached age of majority or, in case of his death, could reach age of majority";

2) in Article 96-3:

add part one with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) making by its authorized person from name and for the benefit of the legal entity concerning the juvenile or the minor of any of the criminal offenses provided by Articles 151-1 - 156-1, 301-1 - 303 of this Code";

to add Item 2 of notes after figures "147" with figures "152 - 156-1", and after figures "262" - figures "301-1 - 303";

3) in Article 96-4:

in paragraph one of part two of figure "3 - 5" to replace with figures "3 - 6";

in part three of figure "1 - 5" to replace with figures "1 - 6";

Article 96-9 part one after figures "147" to add 4) with figures "152 - 156-1", and after figures "258-258-5-" - figures "301-1 - 303";

Article 155 to state 5) in the following edition:

"Article 155. Making of actions of sexual nature with person which did not reach sixteen-year age

1. Making by full age person of the actions of sexual nature connected with vaginal, anal or oral penetration into body of person which did not reach sixteen-year age with use of genitals, other body or part of body or any subject

are punished by restriction of freedom for a period of up to five years or imprisonment for the same term.
