2) the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2006 which effective period expires during the period from January 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021, till September 1, 2021, except for passports of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic who did not reach 16-year age;";

to state subitems 1 and 2 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"1) the above-stated passports with the extended validity can be used for the purpose of crossing of frontier of foreign states for entrance (return) and departure from the Kyrgyz Republic;
