About the conclusion of agreements of voluntary insurance of export risks
According to Item 9 of the Regulations on insurance of export risks with support of the state approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 534, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Permit the Belarusian republican unitary enterprise of export-import insurance "Beleksimgarant" to sign agreements of voluntary insurance of risk of non-return (default) and (or) delay of return (repayment) of the export loans granted by this joint-stock company to nonresidents of the Republic of Belarus with "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company:
the Finmining Pte. LTD companies (Republic of Singapore) according to the credit agreement of September 28, 2020 No. 27-07-26KL-20 for the payment realized by BELAZ open joint stock company - managing company of BELAZ-HOLDING holding of products (dump trucks);
to Construction Management No. 24 limited liability company (Russian Federation) according to credit agreements of September 30, 2020 No. 27-07-28KL-2020 and No. 27-07-29KL-2020 for payment (including preliminary) implemented (implemented) by residents of the Republic of Belarus - Inzhenerstroy limited liability company, Minskpromstroy open joint stock company, the private project unitary enterprise "Monorakurs" of works and services, and also for compensation to "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company of insurance premiums under the contracts of voluntary insurance of export risks with support of the state signed with the Belarusian republican unitary enterprise of export-import insurance "Beleksimgarant" by provision of export loans under the agreements specified in this paragraph.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
