About modification and amendments in the Law "About Drugs and the Psychotropic (Psychoinfluencing) Substances"

Article 1. In article 11 of the Law of December 26, 2002 No. ZR-518 "About drugs and the psychotropic (psychoinfluencing) substances" (further - the Law):
Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. 1. Use of drugs and the psychotropic (psychoinfluencing) substances in the scientific and educational purposes is allowed in the presence of the specified license type on implementation of activities by legal entities or individual entrepreneurs.
Article 31.2. Use of drugs and the psychotropic (psychoinfluencing) substances in expert activities
1. Conducting examination with use of drugs and the psychotropic (psychoinfluencing) substances is allowed in the presence of the license for implementation of the specified activities by the legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
2. By the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the Republic of Armenia in spheres of justice, health care, police of examination with use of drugs and the psychotropic (psychoinfluencing) substances are performed without license for implementation of the specified activities.".
