About modification and amendments in the Law "About Education"

Article 1. Part 4.1 of Article 14 and article 43 of the Law of April 14, 1999 as No. ZR-297 "About education" (further - the Law) to recognize invalid.

Article 2. In article 37 of the Law:

1. The state control in spheres of preschool, secondary, primary vocational (craft) and secondary vocational education provides the relevant inspection organ created by the law by means of preventive, control functions, providing feedback and other functions established by the law.

2. The inspection body in the field of education exercises control of observance by educational institutions and the organizations of the legislation in spheres of preschool, secondary, primary vocational (craft) and secondary vocational education, including state standards of education and requirements of training programs, and also by means of consulting and preventive functions promotes processes of the effective organization of training programs, their assimilation and improvement of quality of education.".
