About modification of the List of general processes within the Eurasian Economic Union
According to Item 9 of the Protocol on information and communication technologies and information exchange within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 3 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Make to the section XVII of the list of general processes within the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 14, 2015 No. 29, the following changes:
a) state the name in the following edition:
"XVII. Information support of systems of traceability and marking of goods means of identification";
b) add with Item 73.1 of the following content:

"73.1. Ensuring exchange between authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union data on the goods which are subject to traceability, and the transactions connected with turnover of such goods |
III quarter 2021". |
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
