About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of February 16, 2021 No. 17

Based on the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 5, 2021 The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of February 16, 2021 No. 17 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning laminated springs and sheets for them coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Appendix

to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 16, 2021 No. 29

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of February 16, 2021 No. 17

1. Add with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3.1. To department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission:

accept the recommended approaches to supply activity of laminated springs and sheets provided by Chusovskoy Steel Works joint-stock company for them to the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix (further - the recommended approaches);

perform monitoring of observance of the recommended approaches;

in case of non-compliance by Chusovskoy Steel Works joint-stock company with the recommended approaches to consider question of carrying out review of the anti-dumping measure established by this Decision according to Item 110 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014).

2. Add with appendix of the following content:
