Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Rules of providing medical, educational, scientific and other organizations with donor blood and (or) its components in other purposes, except clinical use, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2013 No. 331 "About approval of Rules of providing medical, educational, scientific and other organizations with donor blood and (or) its components in other purposes, except clinical use" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 16, the Art. 1960):

a) add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Transfer of donor blood and (or) its components which are not conforming to mandatory requirements of safety or prepared according to mandatory requirements to procurement, storage, transportation and clinical use of donor blood and its components, but unused, to the organizations receivers in the research, educational purposes, and also for production of medical products is allowed.";

b) state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Provision of donor blood by supply agencies and (or) its components based on the relevant agreements (contracts) is performed with observance of the requirements established by the Rules of procurement, storage, transportation and clinical use of donor blood and its components approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2019 No. 797 "About approval of Rules of procurement, storage, transportation and clinical use of donor blood and its components and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation".".
