About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About compensation to citizens of loss of part of the income in connection with violation of terms of their payment"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About compensation to citizens of loss of part of the income in connection with violation of terms of their payment" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 49, Art. 422; 2003, Art. No. 10-11, 87) following changes:

1. In Article 2 part two:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"pensions or monthly perpetual monetary pay (taking into account allowances, increases, additional pension, the target monetary assistance, pension for special merits in front of Ukraine and other pension supplements established by the legislation)";

in paragraph five of the word "and others" to exclude;

add with paragraphs the sixth - the eighth the following content:

"amount of indexation of cash incomes of citizens;

compensation amounts of the harm done to physical person by mutilation or other damage of health;

the amounts which are paid to persons having the right to indemnification in case of loss of the supporter".

2. The fourth Article 6 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"means of the Pension fund of Ukraine, Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine, Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment, trust social funds, and also the funds allocated for their payment from the budget".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
