About modification and amendments in the Law "About Local Duties and Payments"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on February 11, 2021

Article 1. In article 8 of the Law of December 26, 1997 No. ZR-185 "About local duties and payments" (further - the Law):

1) regarding 2 words "payments" shall be replaced with words "payment types";

2) regarding 3 words "duties and payments" shall be replaced with words "types of duties and payments and their rate".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 9 of the Law:

Item 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4) for permission to sale in the administrative territory of community of liquid fuel at each station of the gas station meeting requirements, the established law and other legal acts;";

To add 2) with Items 4.1 and 4.2 of the following content:

"4. 1) for permission to sale in the administrative territory of community of the compressed natural gas at each station of the gas station meeting requirements, the established law and other legal acts;

4. 2) for permission to sale in the administrative territory of community of the liquefied petrogas at each station of the gas station meeting requirements, the established law and other legal acts;";

Item 5 to state 3) in the following edition:

"5) for permission to sale in the territory of the border and mountain settlements included in the list established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, liquid fuel at each station of the gas station meeting requirements, the established law and other legal acts;";

To add 4) with Items 5.1 and 5.2 of the following content:

"5. 1) for permission to sale in the territory of the border and mountain settlements included in the list established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the compressed natural gas at each station of the gas station meeting requirements, the established law and other legal acts;
