About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About hydrometeorological activities in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About hydrometeorological activities in the Kyrgyz Republic" (the Erkin Too newspaper of August 22, 2006 No. 62) the following change:

state Article 15 in the following edition:

"Article 15. Responsibility for violation in the field of hydrometeorological activities

Legal entities and physical persons bear responsibility according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on violations in cases:

a) destructions, damages, plunder and spoil of hydrometeorological stations, posts, devices or the equipment on these objects;

b) violations of working procedures in conservation zones of all types of hydrometeorological stations or posts;

c) violations of safety of the hydrometeorological stations or posts performing observation of environment condition;

d) violations of procedure for transfer of forecasts or misstatement or not specifying of source of information, or transfer to the third parties for the purpose of receipt of pecuniary benefit of information hydrometeorological products through mass media.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
