About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning entering into the State land cadastre of data on frontier of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About land management" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 36, Art. 282 with subsequent changes):

The Item of Article 9 to exclude 1);

The Item of part one of Article 20 to state 2) in the following edition:

"b) establishments and changes of borders of objects of land management";

The Item "and" of part two of Article 25 to exclude 3);

Article 42 to exclude 4);

The Item "and" of part two of Article 67 to exclude 5).

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the State land cadastre" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 8, Art. 61; 2013, No. 36, Art. 472; 2015, No. 31, Art. 293; 2020, No. 12, Art. 66):

The text of Article 12 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. In the State land cadastre the following data on frontier of Ukraine are entered:

complete names of the adjacent states;

graphical representation of the line of frontier of Ukraine;

coordinates of border markers and rotary points;

information on documents based on which the frontier of Ukraine is established;

data on demarcation (to redemarkation, delimitation) frontier of Ukraine";

Part the twelfth Article 21 to state 2) in the following edition:

"12. Data on frontier of Ukraine are entered in the State land cadastre based on documents on demarcation, redemarkation, delimitation of frontier of Ukraine";

To exclude 3) in part one of Article 23 of the word "on land management and assessment of lands";

4) in Article 32:

in the name of the word "limits of frontier of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "frontier of Ukraine";

in part one:

in paragraph one:
