to state contents of Article 16 in the following edition:

"The decision on state registration of the company or on refusal in state registration is accepted within three working days from the moment of representation by founders of the company of necessary documents.";

add Article 17 with part of the following content:

"3. Necessary document management for state registration of the company can be performed electronically according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan according to the legislation of Turkmenistan.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
