About carrying out experiment to destination and payment of the government public assistance by the principle "money goes to the orphan children and children deprived of parent care who are under guardianship (care) or in the corresponding institutions for the child"

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Conduct from June 1 to December 31, 2006 in Kiev region experiment to destination and to payment of the government public assistance by the principle "money goes to the orphan children and children deprived of parent care who are under guardianship (care) or in the corresponding institutions for the child".

2. Approve the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to the orphan children and children deprived of parent care who are under guardianship (care) or in the corresponding institutions by the principle "money goes for the child" in experimental conditions which is applied.

3. To the ministry of cases of family, youth and sport:

develop and approve actions for training of candidates for adoptive parents, guardians, custodians, adoptive parents, parents tutors;

inform till February 1, 2007. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about results of experiment.
