About entering of amendments into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. Article 4 of the Law of May 7, 2002 No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further - the Law) to add with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. The community and settlements included in structure of the multiinhabited community can have symbols (flag, the coat of arms, the anthem).".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 35 of the Law:

Item 22 after the word "numbering" to add 1) with words ", grants permission for provision of the address of the real estate in the administrative territory of community";

To add 2) with Item 23.1 of the following content:

"23. 1) grants permission for use of symbols of community and the settlements included in structure of the multiinhabited community (the coat of arms, the name) as the trademark registered under the law or in production processes of goods or performance of works or rendering services, and also in brand names;".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
