About entering of amendments into the Law "About Trade and Services"

Article 1. No. ZR-134 "About trade and services" (further - the Law) after the seventh paragraph to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of November 24, 2004 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the market of vehicles - the place of implementation of trade where purchase and sale of vehicles is performed;".

Article 2. Part 2 of article 3 of the Law after the words "markets of agricultural products" to add with the words "markets of vehicles".

Article 3. Part 2 of article 5 of the Law after the words "markets of agricultural products" to add with the words "markets of vehicles".

Article 4. To add article 5 of the Law with part 11 of the following content:

"11. Except the requirements established by this Article, the markets of vehicles shall meet other requirements established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 5.

1. This Law becomes effective since June 1, 2021.

2. The sublegislative regulatory legal act provided by the addition made by article 4 of this Law accepts the Government in three-months time after entry into force of the Law.
