Article 1. To state article 123.4 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offense of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) in the following edition:

attracts infliction of penalty for the owner or the owner in twentyfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. Recognition operational the vehicle without passing of technical inspection or having technical defect if it did not entail the responsibility established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing":
attracts infliction of penalty for licensed person in thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
