About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on procedure and conditions of issue of permission to withdrawal of the wild animals and wild-growing plants relating to the types included in the Red List of the Republic of Belarus from the circle their dwellings and growths, No. 638 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2009:

the second item 4 to exclude part;

to add Item 5 after part one with parts of the following content:

"The act of compliance of conditions of keeping of wild animals to the requirements to their content established by Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources (further - the act of compliance of conditions of keeping), in case of withdrawal of wild animal for content and (or) cultivation in bondage in the territory of the Republic of Belarus is constituted by representatives of the relevant district, city, city and district inspectorate of natural resources and environmental protections, the Minsk city committee of natural resources and environmental protection with participation of the specialist of the public veterinary service of the respective area, city.
