According to article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" to article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy" and to the Rules of the market approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 14, 2018 No. 307, the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:

1. To subjects of managing which have the license for the right of implementation of economic activity on production of electrical energy on delivery of electrical energy to the consumer, on resale of electrical energy (trading activities), distribution of electrical energy which are the parties of the bilateral agreement and are part of one vertically integrated subject or are affiliated among themselves, within three working days after the conclusion of the bilateral agreement to provide to the Regulator information on the subject of the agreement, the price of electrical energy and/or procedure for its calculation (forming), amount of electrical energy and graphics of hourly amount of purchase and sale of electrical energy, terms and procedure for delivery of electrical energy according to form, certain to appendix to this resolution.
