According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), to Regulations on expert committee on the selection and use of the main medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of February 11, 2016 No. 84, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 18, 2016 for No. 259/28389 and for the purpose of optimization of work of expert committee on selection and use of the main medicines I ORDER:
1. Make change to Item 2 of the Section II of the Provisions on expert committee on selection and use of the main medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of February 11, 2016 No. 84, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 18, 2016 for No. 259/28389, having added it with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Members of expert committee, in case of the termination of term of appointment, temporarily, during action of the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in all territory of Ukraine for the purpose of prevention of spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and within 90 calendar days from the date of its completion continue to perform the functions.".
2. To provide to management of Provision of medicines (A. Komarid) in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of health care of Ukraine concerning the European integration I. Ivashchenko.
