in the Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

"Drafts of resolutions are submitted for meeting of the Government not earlier than in 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt in Office, except for the projects directed to implementation of the Law on the republican budget, connected with assignment from reserve of the Government concerning liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature and humanitarian assistance, drafts of the orders of the Government about international treaties on loans and also according to which there is written or oral order of the Prime Minister or Head of Office.";

"Drafts of the orders of the Government shall be provided for the signature to the Prime Minister within 3 (three) days after their consideration at meeting of the Government. Aggregate term of passing of drafts of the orders of the Government to Offices shall not exceed 20 (twenty) working days, about international treaties on loans - 10 (ten) working days, orders of the Prime Minister - 15 (fifteen) working days. On the urgent projects developed at the request of management of the Government other reduced terms of their passing to Offices are established.".
