About entering of amendment into the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Item 3 of part 1 of Article 102 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Criteria of classification of lands of agricultural purpose as not used lands and the procedure for their accounting establishes the Government.".
1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The government makes the decision, the stipulated in Clause 1 this Law, in two-month time after entry into force of this Law.
