1. According to article 87 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" to approve the list of documents according to which debt collection is carried out in indisputable procedure based on executive texts of notaries it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the List of documents according to which debt collection is carried out in indisputable procedure based on executive texts of offices of notary public, USSR approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of October 12, 1976 No. 483 (JV USSR, 1976, No. 10, Art. 60; 1985, No. 7, hundred. 61; 1991, No. 8, Art. 62; 1996, No. 3, Art. 89).

Debt collection under notarially certified agreements

1. Notarially certified agreements which provide payment of sums of money, transfer or return of property (except case, the stipulated in Item 1-1 this list), and also the right of the address of collection to pledged property.

For receipt of executive text are shown:

a) the original of notarially certified agreement (agreements);

b) documents which confirm indisputability of debt of the debtor and establish delay of accomplishment of the obligation.

1-1. The mortgage agreements providing the right of the address of collection regarding mortgage in case of delay of payments on primary obligation before the expiration of execution of primary obligation.

For receipt of executive text are represented:

a) the original of notarially certified mortgage agreement;

b) original or properly verified copy of the agreement, primary obligation;
