About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Turnover of Credit Information and Activities of Credit Bureaus"

Article 1. In article 12 of the Law of October 22, 2008 No. ZR-185 "About turnover of credit information and activities of credit bureaus" (further - the Law):
1) the first offer of Item 1.1 of part 1 to state in the following edition:
"1. 1) credit bureaus provide credit information on persons established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" and credit history based on the agreement signed between credit bureau and the Commission on prevention of corruption, the Commission on prevention of corruption for the purpose of, established by Items 2.1 and 2.2 of part 2 of this Article.";
Item 2.1 of part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. 1) according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Commission on prevention of corruption", the analysis of declarations of persons having the obligation on submission of declarations in sense of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service" and the Constitutional law "About Batches" and in the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" - respectability studying.".
Article 2. The first offer of part 4 of article 18 of the Law to state in the following edition: "Credit information is provided to credit bureaus of the Commission on prevention of corruption free of charge in case of representation of requests by the commission in the quantity equal to the number of the declarations provided by each person or to the number of each candidate and members of his family within studying of respectability or to the number of the annual statements submitted by each batch within.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
