About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2016 No. 293 "Questions of Federal Archival Agency" and in the Regulations on Federal Archival Agency approved by this Decree

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2016 No. 293 "Questions of Federal Archival Agency" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 26, Art. 4034; 2018, No. 52, the Art. 8239) and in the Regulations on Federal Archival Agency approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) in Item 3 of the Decree of the word "the extreme number of staff" shall be replaced with words "the extreme number of workers";

b) in the Provision:

add with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2.1. The government of the Russian Federation according to decrees, orders and orders of the President of the Russian Federation coordinates activities of Rosarkhiv.";

in paragraph three of Item 22 of the word of "Russian Prime Minister" shall be replaced with words "the head of Rosarkhiv";

in Item 24:

state subitem 3 in the following edition:

"5) approves structure and the staff list of Rosarkhiv in the limits set by the President of the limiting Russian Federation number and the salary fund of employees of Rosarkhiv, expense budget on ensuring implementation of the powers assigned to Rosarkhiv within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget for the corresponding year;".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
