Article 1. To state the subitem "b" of Item 2 of part 2 of article 181 of the Tax Code of October 4, 2016 in the following edition:
"b) in case of passing of technical inspection with the frequency other than the frequency established by the subitem "an" of this Item - in the amount of set of the amounts of the annual ecological tax which is subject to calculation before each technical inspection, before technical inspection;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in six months after its official publication.
