About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About the State land cadastre"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About the State land cadastre", adopted on November 25, 2017 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2017, No. 4, Art. 166; 2019, No. 1, Art. 14), following changes and amendment:

Part the second Article 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. State regulation in the field of the State land cadastre is performed by Service of land resources of authorized body (further - Service) and managements of land resources of Service in welayats and the city of Ashgabat (further - managements), etraps and the cities - departments of managements of land resources (further - territorial authorities).";

Article 8 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 8. Competence of authorized body

1. Authorized body

1) realizes single state policy in the field of the State land cadastre;

2) exercises control of maintaining the State land cadastre in the territory of Turkmenistan;

3) is developed by the Procedure for maintaining the State land cadastre;

4) is constituted by the State land report;

6) develops technique of carrying out bonitation of soils and economic evaluation of lands;

7) will be organized by holding actions for training of specialists and increase in their qualification in the field of the State land cadastre;

8) creates and conducts single centralized base of electronic data of the State land cadastral information;

9) is coordinated by activities of Service, managements and their territorial authorities for representation of Service to territorial authorities for state registration of the rights to real estate and the related transactions under the Ministry адалат Turkmenistan of the documents connected taking into account owners of the parcels of land, land users and lessees of lands and about condition of the parcels of land for inclusion in the State register of the rights to real estate and transactions, related;
