For the purpose of further enhancement of system of collection, delivery and conversion of scrap and waste of non-ferrous metals, and effective use of raw material resources, and also active implementation of modern corporate management methods the Cabinet of Ministers decides stimulations of their procurement, ensuring the maximum loading of capacities on conversion:

1. Accept the proposal of shareholders of JSC Tashkent Plant on Procurement and Conversion of Scrap, Waste of Non-ferrous Metals on its renaming into JSC Uzbek Plant on Procurement and Conversion of Scrap, Waste of Non-ferrous Metals (further - JSC Uzvtortsvetmet).

2. Determine the main objectives and activities of JSC Uzvtortsvetmet:

the first, the organization of effective system of procurement and acceptance of scrap and waste of non-ferrous metals from lomosdatchik both in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and beyond its limits, including by the conclusion of future contracts with the legal entities having regular education of scrap and waste of non-ferrous metals, and also contracts of the order with legal entities for collection and delivery in JSC Uzvtortsvetmet of scrap and waste of non-ferrous metals from lomosdatchik;

the second, implementation of upgrade and the diversification of production directed to development of new types of products, implementation of modern energy-saving technologies and the equipment on conversion of non-ferrous metals and also expansion of source of raw materials;

third, ensuring steady growth rates of production, growth in volumes of export of products with high value added, including due to development of the new markets, strengthening of line items in the foreign markets;

the fourth, carrying out on system basis of purposeful work on decrease in product cost, including due to deepening of localization of production of accessories and materials, optimization of production and operating costs, reducing import volumes of goods and services;
